智通财经APP获悉，高鑫零售(06808)午前急升逾17%，截至发稿，涨13.37%，报1.95港元，成交额5148.88万港元。
消息面上，高鑫零售公告，要约人Paragon Shine Limited宣布其已于2025年2月10日接获市监总局就此合并控股备案作出的批准，因此市监总局条件已达成。根据买卖协议，交割应不迟于市监总局条件达成日期后12个交割营业日（即2025年2月27日）或要约人与卖方书面协定的其他日期作实。
华泰证券此前指出，2024年以来，伴随新管理层策略调整，高鑫零售经营转型取得成效，1HFY25实现同比扭亏，M会员店、中超等新业态拓展持续推进。本次股权交易买方为资深另类资产管理机构，具备丰富消费品行业投资经验，或助力公司经营调优更进一步，关注后续进展。
