消息面上，据证券时报报道，近期，锂电行业频现磷酸铁锂大单，头部企业确认产品涨价消息，磷酸铁锂赛道景气度攀升。本轮磷酸铁锂涨价，是市场需求持续放量及产品迭代双轮驱动的结果。据悉，龙蟠科技在布局磷酸铁产能的同时，聚焦上游锂资源，携手宁德时代在江西宜春合资建设了年产4万吨碳酸锂加工厂，目前项目已全部投产。
此外，龙蟠科技公告称，为积极拓展海外市场，提升公司在锂电材料领域的市场竞争力和海外影响力，公司三级控股子公司锂源印尼拟通过增资扩股方式引入LG新能源作为战略投资者。交易完成后，LG新能源将取得锂源印尼20%股权。
