2 月 26 日，据 The Block 报道，ZKP 技术初创公司 Ligero 完成 400 万美元种子轮融资，本轮融资由 Galaxy Ventures 和 1kx 共同领投，Franklin Templeton、Nascent、Anagram、Robot Ventures、Digital Currency Group 和 ZKV 参投。该公司于 2024 年 3 月开始进行本轮融资，于 2024 年 7 月结束，种子轮融资的结构是简单的未来股权协议 (SAFE)，附带代币认股权证，估值上限为 2000 万美元，目前还没有推出代币的计划。
