Urban-gro (UGRO) said Wednesday its architectural division signed an agreement for about $4 million to serve as the lead designer for a new hospital in the southeastern US.
The first phase of the project is expected to have a construction value of $80 million, and the company said it will provide architectural, interior design, and project management services.
The company said it expects to recognize most of the revenue from this project this year and assist the client in future phases of the project with master planning and design for an additional 80 acres of development.
Shares of Urban-gro rose about 5.6% in recent trading.
