海外网2月25日电综合美国有线电视新闻网、英国《金融时报》报道，当地时间2月24日，星巴克宣布裁掉1100个工作岗位，并缩减菜单中30%的产品，以扭转销售额下滑的局面。

这是自2018年以来，星巴克首次裁员。被解雇的员工将于当地时间2月25日收到消息。为了简化运营、缩减菜单，星巴克还减少部分星冰乐、拿铁等混合饮料产品，并称这些产品并不常见，制作起来很复杂。

美媒表示，星巴克的销售额已连续四个季度下滑，出现多年来最长时间的下滑。因饮品价格高昂、等待时间长，一些顾客不再光顾星巴克。此外，数百家门店投票成立工会，对薪酬、福利和工作条件等方面提出抗议。（海外网 李萌）
