Uber's (UBER) rival Bolt Technology has engaged PJT Partners (PJT) to explore options, including a potential initial public offering, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

The Estonian mobility company could pursue a listing as soon as 2026 and is still evaluating whether to list in the US or Europe, while also considering other ways to raise capital, the report added.

Discussions are at an early stage, and plans may change, Bloomberg cited the sources as saying.

Neither Bolt nor PJT Partners immediately responded to MT Newswires' requests for comment.

Uber's stock was up 1.6% in recent Wednesday trading, while PJT's shares rose 2.3%.
