智通财经APP讯，宇华教育(06169)发布截至2024年8月31日止年度的年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币24.85亿元(单位下同)，同比增加4.4%;经调整本公司股权持有人应占纯利5.01亿元，同比减少48.3%;本公司股权持有人应占纯利3.99亿元，同比减少64.86%;每股盈利0.11元。
公告称，经调整纯利减少主要是由于本集团扩大对教学及设施的投资，以进一步提高我们提供的教学质量，并增强学生的学习体验;及于报告期内就商誉确认的减值亏损。
应本公司要求，本公司股份自2024年12月2日上午九时正起在联交所暂停买卖。由于已刊发截至2024年8月31日止年度的年度业绩，本公司已向联交所申请自 2025年2月28日上午九时正起恢复该等股份及证券的买卖。
