智通财经APP讯，高鑫零售(06808)发布公告，集团最近接获有关当局通知，正对某独立供应商进行调查。该供应商就其向集团若干子公司开具的增值税发票的行为而被调查。据公司董事所知，集团并非该调查的对象。
在接获该调查通知后，集团已寻求法律顾问及税务顾问的意见，并就集团与该供应商的所有交易进行了税务合规自查，以评估集团可能受到该调查结果的影响程度。
由于公司的若干子公司为相关增值税发票的接收方，若该供应商本身调查结果为负面，可能导致其对公司开具的相关增值税发票不被认可，进而使集团需承担额外税款支付及对应滞纳金的责任。基于审慎原则并经过初步评估，公司预期将在截至2025年3月31日止年度的综合财务报表中计提约人民币5800万税务支出准备金(初步评估)。
