自港交所(00388.HK) 启用首次公开招股结算平台FINI后，券商批出高倍数孖展，屡见新股超额认购的情况。证监会首席执行官梁凤仪早前亦指，正检视8家券商的风险管理，提醒投资者新股认购金额倍数的含金量或不如从前。港交所首席执行官陈翊庭则指，港交所推出FINI结算平台，将新股结算日数缩短至“T+2”，旨在减短投资者认购新股的“锁资期”，以及从而降低融资成本。
财政预算案提到港交所将会推出科企专线，以便利期望透过上市规则18A及18C来港上市的科技公司作上市准备工作。陈翊庭表示，有关公司一般不清楚自己是否符合上市规则条件或能否取得豁免，故设立专线，度身打造一个团队去处理有关公司的疑问，令其在递交上市申请前可以更了解香港的上市要求。她未有透露具体推出时间，仅指准备好时会与市场分享。
