高鑫零售因供应商调查预计计提5800万元税务准备金
2月27日，高鑫零售（06808）发布公告，近期集团接获有关于某独立供应商的调查通知，该供应商因向集团若干子公司开具的增值税发票而受到调查。
根据公司董事的说明，集团并非该调查的对象。为应对这一情况，集团已寻求法律及税务顾问的意见，并对与该供应商的所有交易进行了税务合规自查，以评估可能受到的影响。
基于初步评估，集团预计将在截至2025年3月31日的年度综合财务报表中计提约5800万元的税务支出准备金。需要注意的是，此初步评估基于集团内部的评估，尚未正式咨询相关税务机关，因此最终需支付的税款金额可能与初步评估的估计不一致。
