公告显示，华夏金隅智造工场REIT上海证券交易所上市交易首日，二级市场的收盘价为3.691元/份，上涨幅度触发当日30%的涨幅限制。

为了保护基金份额持有人的利益，华夏金隅智造工场REIT将自2025年2月27日上海证券交易所开市起停牌1小时，并于当日上午10:30起复牌。

同时，华夏金隅智造工场REIT将自2025年2月27日上海证券交易所开市起暂停基金通平台份额转让业务1小时，并于当日上午10:30起恢复办理基金通平台份额转让业务。
