智通财经APP讯，华显光电(00334)发布公告，于2025年2月26日，华显光电惠州(公司间接全资附属公司)与武汉华星光电订立资产转让协议，据此，武汉华星光电同意出售，而华显光电惠州同意收购设备，代价为人民币1070.28万元。
设备包括34台用于生产LCD模组的装置。
集团一直向武汉华星光电租借设备等若干装备用于在其生产设备中生产LCD模组。为配合集团提升其生产线的成本效益及产能的战略措施，集团认为增加其资本投资以收购设备更具成本效益。将予收购的设备将由集团用于其业务营运。预期收购事项将有助于集团满足其日益殷切的产品需求，并能以更具成本效益的方式承接日益增长的客户订单。
