Jiangsu Tongrun Equipment Technology's (SHE:002150) unit, Changshu Tongrun Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, will sign a 6.4 million yuan contract to sell electromechanical sheet metal products, a Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosure said on Wednesday.
The products will be sold to its subsidiary, Changshu Tongrun Switch Factory, the Chinese switchgear manufacturer said.
The company's shares closed over 2% higher.
