金蝶国际化再提速 卡塔尔公司正式成立
2月25日，金蝶国际软件集团有限公司（以下简称“金蝶”）（0268.HK）宣布，在卡塔尔投资局、卡塔尔投资促进局以及卡塔尔自由区管理局的大力支持下，成立卡塔尔公司，正式进军中东市场。
自2023年12月份卡塔尔投资局向金蝶投资约2亿美元后，金蝶与卡塔尔的合作不断深化。金蝶计划以卡塔尔为桥头堡，拓展在中东和北非市场的业务，助力当地企业数字化转型，实现“2030年卡塔尔国家愿景”。
此前，金蝶已在国际化战略频频发力。2024年年末，金蝶在新加坡成立分公司及新加坡数据中心，进一步巩固其在东南亚及亚太市场的地位。新加坡作为亚洲金融科技中心，为金蝶提供了拓展区域业务的理想平台。目前，金蝶业务已遍布全球172个国家和地区，支持42种语言，服务1000多家客户实现海外数字化运营。
随着此次卡塔尔公司成立，金蝶的全球化版图持续扩大。金蝶凭借自身在行业的优势，能为中东本土企业提供全流程数字化解决方案。未来，金蝶将秉持“全球化思考，本地化运营”理念，发挥当地商业与技术优势，融合数字技术和管理智慧，为全球企业提供一站式、全方位的解决方案，持续推动其国际化战略稳步前行，带动更多地区软件与互联网行业加速发展。
