格隆汇2月27日｜昨日涨近5%的美光科技(MU.US)盘前续涨1.7%。消息上，存储芯片大厂美光科技2月26日宣布，已向生态系统合作伙伴及部分客户提供基于1γ节点、第六代DRAM节点的DDR5内存样品。据介绍，基于1γ节点的16Gb DDR5产品DDR5内存速度可达9200MT/s，较上一代提升15%。(格隆汇)
