　　中国旭阳集团（01907）公布，公司的全资附属公司旭阳集团有限公司（旭阳集团）已于2025年2月26日（交易时段后）与北京亿华通科技股份有限公司（其A股在上海证券交易所科创板上市，证券代码：688339，其H股在香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市，股份代号：2402） 签订一份不具法律约束力的合作意向协议。根据协议，旭阳集团拟以北京亿华通发行的A股作为对价股份，出售其在定州旭阳氢能有限公司的全部股权。
