Loss per diluted security narrowed to AU$0.011 from a loss of AU$0.103 per diluted share a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$98.5 million, down from AU$124.4 million in the same period a year earlier.
The real estate investor and funds manager expects a March 2025 quarter distribution of AU$0.0075.
