欧盟委员会周三（2月26日）表示，已无条件批准诺基亚以23 亿美元收购美国光学半导体和网络设备制造商 Infinera。

委员会表示，此次收购并不引起担忧，因为两家公司在光传输设备供应领域的综合市场份额适中，且仍将面临激烈的竞争。

该交易于去年 6 月宣布，收购额为22.3亿美元。

此次收购将使诺基亚成为光网络市场第二大供应商，占有 20% 的份额，仅次于一家中企。

此次收购将使诺基亚能够向亚马逊、Alphabet及微软等大型科技公司销售更多设备，这些公司正在投资数十亿美元建设新的数据中心，为人工智能的热潮提供服务。
