City Developments Reports Lower Attributable Profit in H2 2024

City Developments' (SGX:C09) attributable profit to owners of the company fell to SG$113.5 million during the second half of 2024 from SG$250.8 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

Earnings per share declined to SG$0.121 compared with SG$0.264 in the comparable period.

Revenue was down to SG$1.71 billion from SG$2.24 billion a year earlier, with the property development segment registering substantially lower contributions.

Analysts polled by Visible Alpha projected a revenue of SG$3.5 billion and earnings per share of SG$0.33 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.

Total dividend for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024 came in at SG$0.1 per share.
