内媒报道，碧桂园集团召开年度工作会议，集团董事局主席杨惠妍回顾总结2024年的工作，并明确2025年的重点工作及未来发展规划。杨惠妍在会上表示，上半年以保交房为主，近期首先是落实好节后的及时复工；下半年保交房和保主体并重，为2026年进入正常经营状态做好准备。
杨惠妍认为，未来的房地产行业发展将逐步迈向工业化竞争的新格局，更多的是要精细化发展，公司必须要努力提升成本力、产品力和服务力，在每一个环节精益求精，打造独特优势，未来才有长足的发展。
集团总裁莫斌表示，2023年下半年以来，公司遭遇前所未有的困难。通过坚持不懈的努力，2024全年交付房屋超38万套，近三年已累计交付约170万套房屋。今年1月21日，公司股票已正式复牌，境外债务重组提案亦已公布关键条款，并与七家知名银行组成的协调委员会达成共识，目前债务重组工作正在有序推进中。(ta/w)
