【环球网财经综合报道】据路透社报道，语言学习应用多邻国（Duolingo）预测其年度收入将超出华尔街预期，包含人工智能功能的订阅层级将获得更广泛的采用。

值得一提的是，该公司采用“免费增值”模式，为所有用户提供一套免费的基本功能，同时通过月度或年度付费订阅提供更多高级功能。多邻国提供两个订阅层级——面向忠实用户的“Super”层级，以及包含生成式人工智能驱动功能的“Max”层级，该功能通过视频通话模拟自然对话。

过去几个月，多邻国已将这一功能扩展到多种语言，以吸引更多订阅用户并增加收入，但Max订阅中的视频通话功能增加了成本。首席财务官Matt Skaruppa称 ，“Max存在边际成本，这个边际成本是我们调用生成式人工智能模型来支持Max最重要的部分——视频通话，这对毛利率产生了大约100个基点的影响。”他还强调，公司的首要任务是尽可能快地创新和实验，以推动更多的用户参与，然后随着时间的推移，成本将会下降。
