公司重申其决心及承诺，将寻求确保集团可持续经营且维护所有持份者利益的整体解决方案。公司已委任安迈融资顾问有限公司为其财务顾问，以促进公司与其债权人之间的进一步沟通。公司、其财务顾问安迈融资顾问有限公司及其法律顾问盛德律师事务所将与公司债权人合作，进一步探讨寻求全面解决当前流动资金问题的所有可行方案，以期尽快与境外债权人达成协议。公司期待与境外债权人持续开展合作，呼吁彼等给予耐心、理解及支持，使得公司及其顾问有时间为所有持份者制定最务实及最佳的债务解决方案。
