　　2月28日消息，港股三大指数低开低走。截至午间收盘，恒生指数跌2.3%，报23171.69点，恒生科技指数跌3.78%，国企指数跌2.46%。盘面上，科网股全线下跌，联想集团、阿里巴巴、美团跌超4%，百度集团、快手、哔哩哔哩跌超3%；汽车股集体走低，理想汽车跌超6%；加密货币概念股整体下挫，美图公司跌超8%。

　　汽车股集体走低，理想汽车跌超6%。《新能源汽车运行安全性能检验规程》将于2025年3月1日正式实施，该标准是中国首部专门针对新能源汽车的安全检测标准，不仅适用于纯电动汽车，也将适用插电式混合动力（包含增程式）汽车。根据新修订的《规程》，新能源汽车必须接受动力蓄电池的安全充电检测和电气安全检测。特别是对于用于营运的新能源汽车，其动力电池在充电和放电过程中的温度及电压状况也将被纳入检测范围。

　　加密货币概念股整体下挫，美图公司跌超8%。比特币持续走低，盘中跌破80000美元/枚关口，为去年11月以来低位，较年内峰值回落近30000美元。比特币跌势加剧，从不到六周前创下的历史高点下跌了27%，分析人士指出，原因是交易员在美国总统特朗普当选后逆转了押注。
