** Life sciences firm posts Q4 revenue of $442.6 million, missing analyst est of $445.1 million, as per data compiled by LSEG

** Co reports Q4 adj profit of 97 cents/share vs analyst est of 86 cents/share

** IART forecasts 2025 revenue in the range of $1.65 bln to $1.71 bln

** Analysts, on average, were expecting revenue to be $1.71 bln for 2025

** Co says it expects Q1 revenue in the range of $375 mln to $385 mln, lower than analyst est. of $410.2 mln

** IART forecasts Q1 profit in the range of $0.40/share to $0.45/share
