阿斯麦最先进光刻机开始生产 英特尔：比前代机型更可靠
凤凰网科技讯 北京时间2月25日，据路透社报道，英特尔公司周一表示，来自阿斯麦的前两台尖端光刻机已经在其工厂“投入生产”。初步数据显示，它们比之前的型号更可靠。
这两台光刻机是阿斯麦的高数值孔径(High NA)极紫外光刻机，是目前世界上最先进的光刻机，能够比之前的阿斯麦光刻机生产出更小、更快的计算芯片。去年，英特尔成为了全球首家接收这些光刻机的芯片制造商。
英特尔高级首席工程师史蒂夫·卡尔森(Steve Carson)在加州圣何塞举行的一场会议上表示，英特尔已利用阿斯麦的高数值孔径光刻机在一个季度内生产了3万片晶圆，这些晶圆可以产出数千颗计算芯片。
卡尔森指出，在初步测试中，阿斯麦新光刻机的可靠性是此前型号的大约两倍。“我们正以持续稳定的速度生产晶圆，这对制造平台来说是一个巨大福音。”他说。(作者/箫雨)
