　　雅各臣科研制药（02633）及健倍苗苗（02161）联合公布，于2025年2月28日，欧化药业与李众胜堂订立 2025年许可协议，据此，欧化药业同意根据 2025年许可协议的条款及条件许可李众胜堂使用部分工厂，年期自 2025年1月 28日起至 2028年 1月27日止（包括首尾两日），每月许可费为21.8万港元。

　　健倍苗苗非执行董事、主席兼控股股东岑先生于雅各臣已发行股份中拥有约59.92%权益，而欧化药业为雅各臣的间接全资附属公司。因此，欧化药业为岑先生的联系人及健倍苗苗的关 联人士。
