水滴公司近日举办“AI保险专家升级与大模型应用成果沟通会”,水滴公司创始人兼CEO沈鹏沟通会上表示,AI大模型正以颠覆性力量重塑保险行业的价值链,这场变革的深度与广度,或将超越过去十年的总和。在这场时代机遇下,水滴公司以打造“中枢神经”式的AI智能服务为核心科技战略,通过DeepSeek大模型的技术融合与场景化创新,推动保险服务向“智能驱动”跃迁。
科技的价值在于解决真实场景的痛点。目前来看,AI大模型可在保险客服、销售辅助、保险流程提效三大保险服务场景中发挥更大的作用。针对这三类场景的不同需求,“水滴水守AI保险专家”落地了三大AI解法:AI保险客服、AI Agent 和AI保险助手。
水滴保业务负责人介绍,水滴将上线“AI客服”——“保小慧”,覆盖保单咨询、保单管理、产品答疑等多个保险客服服务场景。依托前沿大模型能力,“保小慧”能够精准识别用户情绪,7*24h及时响应,全年预计可减少50%问题流转率,服务提效可达50%。
沈鹏表示,水滴对AI大模型的期待,不再是简单的流程替代,而是服务价值的放大器。未来行业比拼的将不再是人力与资本,而是算法精度与数据温度,通过精准的风险评估和个性化的保险方案,为客户提供更加贴心、高效的服务。
