WealthNavi (TYO:7342) will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Growth market on March 4 after MUFG Bank (TYO:8306) exercised a share cash-out demand, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The move follows a Jan. 28 board resolution approving MUFG Bank's takeover, making WealthNavi its wholly owned unit.
