新世界发展(00017.HK) 杭州旗舰项目“新世界-城市艺术中心”住宅销情理想，计划年内推售甲级写字楼“FRONT TOWER壹山”，市值约10亿元人民币。
“新世界-城市艺术中心”商用物业共分三期发展。项目第一期商用物业即将于今年6月起陆续交付，预计今年底落成启用，其中“FRONT TOWER 壹山”是整个项目唯一可供出售的甲级写字楼部分，每层楼面面积介乎1.6万至3.8万平方呎，总可售楼面面积约28万平方呎。至于项目第二期写字楼、酒店及购物中心最近已完成平顶。
“新世界．城市艺术中心”总面积约800万平方呎，其中住宅部分“江明月朗园”已经交付，累售单位合共约930伙，单位最高售价近1.2亿元人民币，销售金额逾110亿元人民币，目前单位的二手呎价逾万元人民币。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-02-28 16:25。)
