中新社香港3月3日电 (记者 戴小橦)蜜雪冰城股份有限公司(股份简称“蜜雪集团”)3日正式在香港交易及结算所有限公司(香港交易所)上市。发行价每股202.5元(港元，下同)，募资净额32.91亿元，成为港股市场2025年开年最大IPO。

上市首日，蜜雪冰城开盘价为每股262元，盘中最高涨幅达45%，最终收盘价290元，涨幅43.21%，总市值升至1093.47亿元，成为新茶饮赛道市值最高企业。

招股书显示，蜜雪冰城创立于1997年，从河南郑州起家。截至2024年底，蜜雪冰城全球门店超过4.6万家。其中，中国内地门店约4.05万家；海外门店超过4800家，并成为东南亚最大的现制茶饮品牌。

分析人士指出，蜜雪冰城上市将吸引更多投资者关注港股市场的消费板块，尤其是下沉市场与供应链领域的投资机会。同时，蜜雪冰城有望借港股平台加速全球化布局。

当日， 香港恒生指数收报23006.27点，涨64.95点，涨幅0.28%；国企指数收报8419.69点，涨2.26点，涨幅0.03%；恒生科技指数收报5535.86点，跌32.28点，跌幅0.58%。(完)
