智通财经APP获悉，野村发布研报称，维持比亚迪股份(01211)“买入”评级，目标价496港元。比亚迪宣布配售近1.3亿股H股，集资净额达约433.8亿港元。野村认为其资产负债表维持健康水平，配股带来的股份稀释效应及折让影响有限。
野村指出，比亚迪曾在2015至2016年于A股市场进行配售，以及2020至2021年于港股市场配售，两次配售的目标均是发展其在中国市场的新能源汽车业务。考虑到已在国内拥有强大产能，预期今次配售所得将用于海外扩张，包括为未来两年建立六家海外工厂的计划提供额外资金。该行指出只要比亚迪在未来能继续实现交付量增长，投资主题就不会改变。
