Affirm (AFRM) on Friday filed a registration statement covering the potential sale of securities from time to time.
The filing covers debt securities, Class A shares, preferred shares, warrants, depositary shares, purchase contracts, guarantees, and units.
One or more selling securityholders may also offer and sell those securities from time to time, the company said, adding it will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of securities by the securityholders.
