3月4日，国泰君安（601211/02611）发布公告，关于公司换股吸收合并海通证券股份有限公司并募集配套资金暨关联交易事项已进入换股实施阶段。

公告指出，海通证券A股股东的股票账户在部分托管券商系统中显示了换取国泰君安A股股票的结果，但该数据仅为相关券商的模拟显示结果。

根据公告，2025年3月4日海通证券A股股票终止上市，届时海通证券A股股东的股票账户将不再显示海通证券A股股票，相关的股票市值也将无法在投资者账户中体现。待海通证券A股股票转换为国泰君安A股股票并完成新增A股股份上市的相关手续后，海通证券原A股股东的账户将显示国泰君安A股股票，相关股票市值将会重新体现。
