　　公司委聘中银国际信托（香港）有限公司（中银国际信托）为受托人，自2025年3月3日起生效，取代将自2025年3月3日不再作为受托人的中银国际英国保诚信托有限公司（中银国际英国保诚），且公司与中银国际信托已于2025年3月3日签立信托契据。
