* 该公司此前公布，董事会注意到公司股份于2月28日出现异常成交及股价波动，并谨此知会于3月1日接获铂煜一份内容有关以协议安排方式建议私有化的初步无约束力建议，将导致公司自香港联交所及纽约证交所退市。
控股股东中国平安2318.HK601318.SS透过铂煜持有金融壹账通约30.18%股份，连同系内其他附属公司的持股比例共约32.12%。
* 铂煜提出的收购价为现金每股2.068港元，较2月28日收市价1.69港元溢价约22.4%，较2月27日收市价1.2港元则溢价72.3%。
* 铂煜在致金融壹账通的信件中表示，私有化建议乃经审慎评估公司的业务及财务表现面对的近期挑战、其股价、使其服务进行数字化转型的前景、转到私人非上市公司的潜在裨益。铂煜并表明将不会上调要约价。（完）
