智通财经APP获悉，华晨中国(01114)倒跌逾9%，截至发稿，跌9.43%，报3.84港元，成交额7.42亿港元。
消息面上，华晨中国公布，于3月3日董事会会议上，经考虑集团财务及现金流量状况以及任何可能策略投资机遇后，董事会决议宣派特别股息每股公司普通股1港元。花旗发布研报称，华晨中国此次派特别息1港元，远胜市场预期的每股0.25港元至0.5港元。
值得注意的是，华晨中国去年12月公布经修订股息政策，据此，在决定是否建议派发股息及在厘定股息额时，视乎华晨宝马汽车于相关财政年度已派付之现金股息，将考虑因素还包括：集团整体经营业绩及财务表现；及预期营运资金需求、资本开支需求及未来发展计划等。倘决定建议派发股息，目标为分派相关财政年度之除税后溢利不少于50%。花旗此前表示，华晨中国修订股息政策超出市场预期。
