【财华社讯】美东汽车(01268.HK)公布，预期2024年年度的公司将录得权益股东应占亏损，对比2023年年度录得的公司权益股东应占溢利。董事会认为2024年年度公司转盈为亏主要归因于2024年下半年的汽车市场价格战以及宏观经济因素的影响，公司在外部估值师的协助下进行减值评估，对若干表现欠佳的现金产生单位于2024年下半年确认非现金的商誉及经销商权减值约人民币28亿元(单位,下同)，加上2024年上半年约2亿元的减值，2024年年度全年合共进行商誉及经销商权减值约30亿元。
主要受上述各因素影响，预期2024年年度的公司权益股东应占亏损约23亿元，对比2023年年度录得的权益股东应占溢利约1亿元。
