3月3日，三峡公布内蒙古库布齐沙漠鄂尔多斯中北部新能源基地400万千瓦风电项目EPC总承包中标候选人公示。

第一标段：980.5MW

中标候选人第1名：内蒙古电力勘测设计院有限责任公司、中国水利水电第四工程局有限公司和中国能源建设集团浙江火电建设有限公司联合体，投标报价：49611万元；

第二标段：1404.71MW

中标候选人第1名：中国电建集团中南勘测设计研究院有限公司和中国电建集团河北工程有限公司联合体，投标报价：73501万元；

第三标段：1086.2MW

中标候选人第1名：中国电力工程顾问集团华北电力设计院有限公司和中国安能集团第三工程局有限公司联合体，投标报价：59494.6万元

第四标段：529.1MW

中标候选人第1名：中国电力工程顾问集团西北电力设计院有限公司、中建三局集团有限公司和中国能源建设集团西北电力建设甘肃工程有限公司联合体，投标报价：30952万元。

项目概况：内蒙古库布齐沙漠鄂尔多斯中北部新能源基地400万千瓦风电项目EPC总承包为4个工程标段，4个工程标段分别对应5个风电场及6座升压站。其中第一标段总装机容量980.5MW，对应5#风电场；第二标段总装机容量1404.71MW，对应4#风电场；第三标段总装机容量1086.2MW，对应2#及3#风电场；第四标段总装机容量529.1MW，对应1#风电场。
