联众(06899.HK) 公布，旗下全资附属公司联众体育(北京)，在北京建设“联众体育公园”，涵盖运动场馆、赛事承办、青少年培训等，同时通过社群化营运，助力区域体育文化地标建设。
公告指，联众以香港为基地，发展具有国际化特色的冰雪运动产业链。集团与香港及国际多家机构组织进行合作，希望借助两地联动机制，为香港引入专业人才，培养专业运动和赛事营运人员，最终实现集团体育产业的全链条生态构建。
另外，联众未来将继续深化与各类体育组织的合作，布局人才引进、场馆营运、体旅融合及体育经纪等领域，形成体育产业生态闭环，为推动智力运动、全民健身和以冰雪运动为代表的体育运动事业发展贡献力量。
应联众要求，其股份已自去年3月28日起于联交所停牌，并将继续暂停买卖直至公司达成所有复牌指引、纠正导致其停牌的问题，以及全面遵守上市规则致令联交所满意。(js/u)
