　　新世界发展（00017）绩后持续上扬，股价现涨11.41%，报5.37港元，成交额2.35亿港元。

　　消息面上，2月28日，新世界发展（公布2024/2025中期业绩，实现收入167.89亿港元，毛利66.75亿港元，核心经营溢利为44.16亿港元。该集团继续严格控制资本支出和行政及其他营运费用，分别按年减少约35%及9%。于2024年12月31日，可动用资金合共约340亿港元，包括现金及银行结余约220亿港元及可动用的银行贷款约120亿港元。
