SHS Holdings (SGX:566) has applied for extensions to release its full-year results, hold its annual general meeting (AGM), and issue its sustainability report, citing delays from a recent auditor change, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The energy and infrastructure firm requested a 30-day extension to publish results by March 31 and a 60-day extension to hold its AGM and release its sustainability report by June 30.
The delay follows its January appointment of Forvis Mazars as the company's new editor after Moore Stephens resigned in December 2024.
SHS Holdings has also sought extensions from Singapore's Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for related statutory filings.
