证监会拟“严控”小型企业赴美上市，去年下半年“放行”企业仅占两成
据港媒报道，引述知情人士称，中国证监会今年打算对市值较小、基本面较弱的中资企业在美国首次公开招股（IPO）实施更严格的管控，因担心这类公司容易受到市场操纵。
知情人士表示，中证监关注有关在美国上市的小型公司是否确实需要集资。不仅内地监管机构，其他市场参与者也质疑为何这些公司需要境外上市。
据LiveReport大数据统计，自备案新规以来，共有124家赴美上市企业在中国证监会备案。
截至2月27日，通过备案的赴美上市企业有89家（2023年23家、2024年56家、2025年至今7家）。回顾2024年赴美上市企业的时间进程发现，有42家在上半年通过，下半年仅通过了12家，审核速度明显放缓。
