消息面上，信义能源公布年度业绩，2024年营业额24.4亿元人民币，同比增长7%；纯利7.91亿元，同比跌12%；每股基本盈利9.55分；拟派发末期股息每股2.7港仙，上年同期派2.6港仙。连同中期股息每股2.3港仙，全年共派5港仙。
公告称，2024财年，由集团拥有及运营的大型太阳能发电场项目生产的电量同比增长13.8%。该增长主要由于2023年收购的太阳能发电场项目的全年营运及2024年新收购的太阳能发电场项目。然而，电网消纳限制导致限电损失以及市场化电力交易次数及交易量增加等因素部分抵销截至2024年12月31日止年度发电量的增加。因此，集团的收益仅取得7.0%的增长。
