HighCom Appoints Group Chief Executive Officer; Shares Fall 5%

HighCom (ASX:HCL) appointed former Group Chief Operating Officer Todd Ashurst as group chief executive officer, effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Ashurst will receive remuneration of AU$310,000 per annum and a potential cash bonus of up to AU$40,000 per year, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell past 5% in recent Monday trade.
