The Star Entertainment Group (ASX:SGR) said its shares were automatically suspended from trading, confirming that its financial report for the half year ended Dec. 31, 2024, was not lodged on Feb. 28 as required by the Australian bourse's listing rules, according to a Monday filing with the ASX.
It is is unlikely to be in a position to lodge the report until it has secured a refinancing commitment that would allow it to refinance all of its existing corporate debt as well as to provide additional liquidity, the filing said.
The suspension will continue until the financial report for the period is lodged.
