据《彭博通讯社》引述消息人士指，名创优品(09896.HK) (MNSO.US) 考虑分拆旗下潮玩品牌TOP TOY在港上市，目前正与潜在顾问机构洽商首次公开发售(IPO)事宜，预期将筹集约3亿美元。
