智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月28日，迈富时(02556)股东将股票存入核聚证券，存仓市值11.26亿港元，占比8.51%。
此外，2月28日，迈富时发布公告，宣布公司于2025年2月28日完成了配售协议的所有条件，合共2011万股配售股份成功配售，配售价为每股60港元。这些股份相当于配售完成后公司已发行股本的约7.85%。此次配售的承配人数量不少于六名，且均为独立第三方，未导致任何承配人成为公司主要股东。
配售所得款项总额约为12.06亿港元，扣除费用后的净额为12.02亿港元。公司计划将这些资金用于多个项目，包括AI智能体平台的开发和商业化(预计占40%)，投资并购(预计占20%)，全球市场扩张(预计占10%)，以及补充营运资金和一般公司用途(预计占30%)。
