火岩控股预计2024年收入1.42亿港元 同比减少80.5%
3月4日，火岩控股（01909）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日的未经过审计综合管理账目显示，集团的未经过审计收入总额及其他收入合计约为1.42亿港元，较截至2023年12月31日的年度减少约80.5%。此次收入大幅下跌主要是由于未经过审计的其他收入显著减少。
公告指出，造成收入下降的原因是与德成国际控股有限公司的收购相关的承兑票据的交出和权利放弃所带来的一次性收入已在上一个财年内计入，因此在对比时形成了明显的下降。董事会强调，这些数据基于初步评估，实际业绩可能与公告内容有所不同，股东及潜在投资者应保持谨慎，并关注将于2025年3月底发布的年度业绩公告以获取详细信息。
