智通财经APP讯，中国红包(08316)发布公告，认购协议所载完成的所有先决条件均已达成，已于2025年3月4日落实完成。
根据认购协议的条款及条件，公司已向认购人发行及配发合共4531万股认购股份，认购价为每股认购股份0.203港元。
认购事项涉及将部分债务资本化为认购股份，公司使用内部资源就认购事项结算相关费用。由于认购事项产生的所有所得款项按等额基准抵销债务，故认购事项不会产生所得款项。根据认购协议的条款及条件，公司须于完成后3个月内以现金偿付债务的尚未偿还结余。
