智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月3日，中国高速传动(00658)股东将股票由宝桥证券转入元大证券香港，转仓市值5.57亿港元，占比37.4%。
此前，中国高速传动因66亿应收款风波被拖入泥潭，公司就此成立由独立非执行董事组成的调查委员会，并委聘第三方机构富事高咨询有限公司展开独立调查。3月2日，中国高速传动发布公告称，董事会于2025年2月28日召开会议，议决罢免房坚的公司执行董事职务，即时生效(罢免)。原因是对其是否适合继续担任职务存在顾虑，罢免将不会在重大方面影响公司的财务表现及业务运营。
